The specific property, address, room type, check-in process and distance from the clinic are confirmed individually. We do not promise a particular hotel, rating or amenity until it has been agreed.

Travelling with a companion

Tell Bence early if someone will accompany you. Capacity, additional nights and any companion charges should be confirmed in writing. Companion accommodation is not assumed to be included in the patient package.

Accommodation associated with your treatment visits is included. Agree the dates for each visit, including any extra nights you request, before you finalise travel.
