Once treatment dates are agreed, give Bence your flight number, arrival date and scheduled arrival time. Include the number of people travelling and any practical needs that should be discussed in advance.
Your arrival instructions
Your meeting point, driver contact and destination are confirmed before travel. Use those instructions for your actual arrival; we do not publish a generic meeting point that may not match your arrangement.
If your flight changes
Let Bence know as soon as possible about a delay, cancellation or changed flight. Keep your coordinator’s number saved on your phone so you can update the arrangements.
Departure and other transfers
Your airport departure transfer is coordinated with your travel schedule. Confirm pickup details in advance. Transfers to treatment appointments or other destinations should be discussed individually rather than assumed to be included.
