Before leaving the clinic
Ask for your individual home-care instructions, a follow-up schedule and the contact route for clinical concerns. Keep your implant and restoration details with your dental records.
The temporary phase may have different instructions from the final restoration. Follow the advice for the phase you are actually in.
Daily cleaning and professional checks
The team should show you how to clean around and beneath your specific bridge. Cleaning tools and technique need to suit the bridge design and your access.
Home care does not replace professional reviews. Agree the review schedule with your treating team and discuss how those visits will work if you live abroad.
If something worries you
Contact the treating team promptly about a change in the restoration, discomfort or a concern about healing. Bence helps coordinate communication but does not replace clinical assessment.
For an urgent medical problem, seek local urgent care rather than waiting for an overseas message response.
UK and other local aftercare
Bence’s UK clinic relationships may help with access to local guidance or support where appropriate. A particular appointment, service or cost is not automatically included.
Before travel, confirm the scope of local follow-up, who pays for it and how records would be shared. Ask how the clinic handles the assessment and costs of complications.
