Temporary and final teeth serve different phases
Temporary teeth support the initial restorative phase while healing and further treatment take place. They are not the final zirconia restorations supplied at the later prosthetic stage.
What does immediate loading mean?
Immediate loading describes connecting an implant restoration for function soon after implant placement. It is different from immediate placement, which means placing an implant at the time a tooth is extracted.
The timing and whether a restoration contacts the opposing teeth are part of the clinical protocol. Do not assume all “same-day teeth” descriptions refer to the same treatment.
Why fixed temporary teeth cannot be promised
Implant stability, bone conditions, anatomy, medical history and the planned bridge influence the decision. The intended approach can need to change following clinical findings.
Your team explains whether a fixed temporary restoration is appropriate and what the alternative means for your treatment journey.
Looking after temporary teeth
Follow the individual diet and hygiene instructions provided by your clinical team. A temporary bridge should not be treated as permission to return immediately to every normal chewing activity.
Report changes or concerns through the contact plan you receive before leaving Budapest.
